Got a cold? This healthy version of chicken soup uses quinoa instead of noodles. It's sure to make you feel better!

3 large chicken breast
1 tbsp oil
1 small onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 (8.75 oz) can corn
3 green onions, diced
8 cups chicken broth
2 cups quinoa
