Chicken Ramen Stir-Fry ~ Easy, Delicious Weeknight Meal Loaded with Healthy Ingredients with the Addition of Ramen for a Fun Twist! On the Table in 30 Minutes!

2 (3 oz) packages Ramen Noodles
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts, sliced into bite sized strips
1 c. broccoli florets
1 (14 oz) package coleslaw mix
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp peeled and shredded fresh ginger
1/3 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend
1 Tbsp sesame seeds, optional
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
