Chicken Salad with Red Grapes

3/4 cups light mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 c. cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes
1 cups sliced celery
1/3 cups sliced green onion
1/2 cups broken walnuts
to taste salt
Combine mayonnaise, ginger and salt. Stir in chicken, grapes, celery, green onion and walnuts. Serve on lettuce leaf and decorate top with grapes. Bon appetite.
