Chicken Shish Kabobs with Yogurt Dip

Try these Chicken Shish Kabobs, which are marinated in Middle Eastern spices and served along the aromatic Yogurt and Red Onion Dip!

Juice from 2 lemons
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
8 cloves garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup shaved almonds
2 pounds (900g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1-2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
1-2 zucchinis, sliced
2-3 red onions, quartered
