Chicken Stew with Noodles

The name of this dish is, in my mind a little misleading, I have a tendency to call this a chicken & noodle recipe, instead of a stew recipe. = ) I mentioned in my bio that doing dishes is not my favorite thing and never will be, but it is a necessary evil. I am always looking for meals that will only dirty one pot! When my step children were little, it was all about getting bellies full because there were more kiddos at home. 2 cans Chicken Broth
8 - 10 oz wide egg noodles
½ tsp caraway seeds
½ tsp salt (you can omit this if you’d like and are trying to reduce sodium, as the broth has plenty)
½ tsp pepper
1 – 1½ lbs of Chicken breast, cut into 1” cubes
1 pkg (12 -16 oz) of frozen peas and carrots
1/2 C of whipping cream with 2 tsp corn starch
2 TBLSP of fresh dill chopped or ½ tsp of dried dill weed
