This is a quick and easy Asian recipe, where veggies are stir fried and chicken is cut into pieces,marinated in sauce and cooked separately. Both are then mixed together and served with noodles or rice

Ingredients for Stir Fry:
20 Grams Baby Bella Mushrooms(You can use other kind of your choice)
1 Onion
4 Celery stalk
500 Grams Brocolli heads
1 Lb(400 Grams) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 Cup Olive oil (Or any kind of cooking oil)
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
Cooked Rice Noodles or Rice(Optional)
For sauce:
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Rice vinegar or Lime juice
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
2 Teaspoons Cornstarch
