Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry in the Ninja

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
2-3 cups stir fry veggies
1 T. minced ginger
1 medium onion, minced
2 T. minced garlic
2 T. soy sauce
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces & cook in the Ninja. To make this freezer friendly, add the veggies & spices & put into freezer bag & freeze until ready to use. Pour everything into the Ninja with the vegetable oil & broth Cover & cook on stove top low for about 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Serve with rice.
