Chicken Wings in a Sauce of Honey and Mustard with Curry Rice

This dish is served as a main dish and perfect for lovers of spicy food. In this sauce you can add spices to taste.

500g chicken wings
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of Vegeta
1 onion
pepper
few drops of hot sauce/little hot peppers
200g rice
1 teaspoon of curry
1. Place the chicken wings in a deeper pan to fry it first in oil until golden brown, then add the onion and fry some more. 2. Add water to cover the wings, a tablespoon of Vegeta and let it cook for 10 minutes. 3. After 10 minutes add the pepper, mustard and honey. A little stir, add water if it is evaporated and cook another 10-20 minutes for the wings finely cooked and separated from the bones. 4. Do not allow the water to evaporate completely, constantly adding little if necessary to make a nice sauce. 5. Put rice to cook with curry and Vegeta. 6. Serve hot.
