Ingredients:- 4 chicken leg pieces, 2 spoon yogurt, 1 spoon thick cream,1 spoon ginger and garlic paste,2 spoon lemon juice 1 and 1/2 spoon gram flour,powder of 10 almonds, salt to taste, oil for frying.
Method:- Mix all above ingredients except oil, and marinate for 1/2 an hour. Heat a flat pan put some oil(you can use regular vegetable oil) and add the chicken pieces, fry for some time turn it to another side, properly cook both the sides bring it to a golden brown color. Serve it hot with green salad of your choice.
