Chicken with Lemon Leek Zucchini Noodles (Zoodles) is easy, quick, and healthy. This is a great recipe for two, but can be doubled or tripled to feed more.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 10 ounces each), pounded to about 1\" thickness
1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup flour
4 tablespoons butter, divided
1 leek, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 zucchini (about 10-12 ounces), spiralized

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup flour
