Minced chicken (400 Grams)
Crushed ginger garlic and green chillies ( 2 table spoon each)
Chopped Onion (two medium size)
Red chilly Powder (1 tablespoon)
Garam masala (1 table spoon)
Cumin powder ( 1 tea spoon)
Sesame seed ( 1 tea spoon)
Fennel seeds (1 table spoon)
chopped coriander ( half cup)
mayonnaise ( 1 table spoon)
scramble egg (2)
salt to taste

Wash Chicken and squeeze it and make two portions of it
Make first portion of ginger garlic green chilly and garam masala add it into chicken
Keep it aside
now in the first portion fennel seeds Sesame seed cumin powder chopped coriander and mix it well
Now take the second portion in a plate spread chicken all over the plate
make a thin circle and steam it for few minutes
keep it aside
Take a pan fry onion till light brown put minced chicken it
cook for some time
add Remaining ginger garlic red chilly powder and garam masala powder
mix it well
add scramble egg coriander leave cook it for some times
let it cool
now add cooked chicken in chicken circle pour mayonnaise and fold it
Brush it with oil grill it or cook it in non stick pan
till the color changes
