Chickpea Cheddar Tots – There’s a new tot on the block! Nuggets of cheddar cheese encased in a gluten-free chickpea crust and baked to golden perfection.

1¼ cups (150 grams) chickpea flour (also known as garbanzo bean flour)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of pepper

2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
