Sometimes you want to cook something quick for dinner after a tiring day in office . I had a very hectic day today and didn’t want to think over the dinner menu.Well I am not a good planner when it comes for deciding the dinner, In fact, I am a spontaneous cook . Most of the time , I dig into the fridge and hand-pick the stuff from its shelves and drawers to bring up something for dinner. :) Today’s dinner was also instant & quick. “Chickpea in white mushroom sauce with stir fry red cabbag
Ingredients
2 Cup Boiled Chickpeas
1/2 Cup Mushroom chopped
2 Cloves Garlic- finely chopped
1 Cup Red cabbage -chopped
1 ts butter
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs coriander powder
1/2 tbs All purpose flour
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Grated Cheese(Optional)
2 ts Dried dill leaves or fresh
Salt & pepper as per taste
