Chiko Roll Pull Apart Bread. An impressive Pull Apart Bread filled with the flavours of the Aussie Chiko Roll.

Bread Dough
30g butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
3 teaspoons sugar
7g (1 sachet or 2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
3 1/4 cups (420g) bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg

1/4 cup dried pearl barley
250g finely ground beef mince
1 1/2 teaspoons salt (halved)
1 tablespoon (15g) butter
1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
1 medium carrot, grated
1 small onion, grated
1 20cm stalks celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped green beans
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup water
