Garlic cloves-2

Black Pepper powder- Half tsp
Green Pepper-1 nos
Green Chilly-1 nos
Onion-1 medium sized
Tomato-1 small sized
Chilly sauce-1 tsp
Tomato ketchup-1 tsp
Soy Sauce-1 tsp
Spring onions(For garnishing)
Oil-2 tsp
Garlic cloves-2
Salt- 1 tsp
Black Pepper powder- Half tsp
1. Chop onion,green chilly,green pepper,garlic cloves, tomato and spring onions.
2.In a pan, add oil.To the oil, add chopped garlic cloves and green chilly.
3.Once garlic cloves are slightly brown in color, add the onions and cook till it is slightly brown.
4.Add chopped tomatoes and bell pepper to the onions.Cook till bell pepper and tomatoes are soft/tender.
5.Once green pepper-onion-tomato mix is cooked, add paneer/tofu to the mix.Add tomato ketchup,chilly sauce, soy sauce,salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.Garnish it with chopped spring onions.
Chilly Paneer/Tofu is ready to be served with fried rice/noodles or put the above mix in a wrap.
