4 small drumsticks
2 shiitake mushroom
3 dates
8 goji berries
4 ginger slices
Water
Salt
Soak mushrooms, dates and goji berries, if using dried. Put chicken drumsticks, mushrooms, dates, and goji berries into a pot, pour enough water to cover. Boil then turn down the heat to simmer. Add ginger and salt, cover and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
