Choco-pear dessert

I really like the combination of fruit and chocolate, and I made this desserts few days ago, so I decided to share the recipe with you.

For pear souce:
3 pears
2 dl of red wine
3 Tbsp sugar

For choco dessert:
2 egs
3 Tbsp sugar
50 g butter
1 full Tbsp flour
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp backing powder
1 Tbsp cocoa
* Peal the pears and cut them like on the picture. * In a pan heat sugar, add pears and pour on wine. Boil on low for 15 minutes, until pear become red from wine *Stir together eggs, sugar and butter. When stired well add flour with backing powder, salt and cocoa and stir for 5 more minutes. Fill the remekins with the mixture and bake for 12 minutes on 180 C or 350 F. When cooled a bit, take out of remekins and serve with pears in wine. It is really delicious, and still very easy to make and bake :)
