These Chocolate Acai Peanut Butter Protein Bars are just like fudgy and chewy raw brownies!

3/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tablespoons açaí powder (I use Navitas Naturals)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/3 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1/2 cup rolled oats*
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
