INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients:
1? cups oat flour (I used bob\'s red mill)
? cup tapioca flour (also bob\'s red mill)
1 tsp baking powder
¼ baking soda
½ tsp salt
? cup mini chocolate chips (I used enjoy life brand)
Wet Ingredients:
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cup coconut sugar
3 Tbsp maple Syrup
2 Tbsp canned pumpkin (plain! NOT pie filling)
1 tsp vanilla
Dry Ingredients:

2.add ALL the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir
