this Chocolate Chip PB banana bread is perfection! and it's even better the day after you make it! Yes that’s right, it was better the next day! It’s Vegan and Gluten Free and perfect for breakfast when you want something sweet or after dinner before bed or like any time of the day! Seriously…
1 cup all purpose GF flour
¾ cup packed brown sugar
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
? cup all natural unsweetened PB (or my fall spiced peanut butter for extra taste)
2 tsp cinnamon (if using fall spiced peanut butter only use 1 tsp of cinnamon)
2 medium mashed bananas
¼ cup pumpkin purée
¼ cup all natural unsweetened apple sauce
2 Tbsp cooking oil (crisco, vegetable oil)
¾ cup vegan chocolate chips (regular if your not vegan)
