Let's melt 100 grams of butter or margarine in 250 grams of water, and then boil it. Mix flour and cocoa, and then pour buttery water in, while stirring. Let it cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, prepare the cream Charlotte: Whisk sugar with 1 egg, put in on the stove, while adding warm milk and stirring it. Let it boil, and leave it boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then let it cool to room temperature. Whisk the warm butter and add the above mix. Cream is ready. Meanwhile, the dough has cooled down. Add all the eggs left, one by one, while stirring well. Put it on the baking tray using pastry syringe. Put it in the oven preheated to 195 degrees and cook it for 15 minutes, then cook it for 25 minutes at 175 degrees.
