Chocolate Fudge Marshmallow Brownies

Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies. Moist and fudgy chocolate brownies, topped with melted marshmallows and chocolate glaze.

For the brownies
3 large eggs room temp
200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
115 g (1 stick or 1/2 cup) unsalted butter
3/4 cup (150g) caster sugar
1/2 cup (100g) dark brown sugar packed
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
130 g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
25 g cocoa
1 cup (200g) dark chocolate chips
2 cups vanilla marshmallows cut in half
For the Chocolate Glaze
¾ cup icing sugar confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder see notes
1 tablespoon milk see notes

Set the oven to 180C (350F) and line a 6 x 10 inch slice tin with baking paper. Melt together the chocolate & butter. You can do this in the microwave in 20 second intervals. Zap for 20 seconds. Mix well....
