Chocolate Fudge Sauce

This recipe is really easy and the sauce is great over ice cream!

1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
In a small bowl, stir sugar and cocoa until well combined. In a medium saucepan, combine evaporated milk, butter, salt and vanilla. When butter is melted, stir in sugar mixture. Heat, stirring until it boils and is thick (about 2 minutes). You want it to coat the back of a spoon. For a thicker sauce, boil a little longer. Let cool 10-15 minutes for an even thicker consistency, Use on top of ice cream or as a filling for crepes!
