Chocolate Lovers Banana Bread

A low fat banana bread made for chocolate lovers that can easily be made gluten free. Packed with two bananas, this chocolatey goodness is big on moisture while being free of oil and refined sugar. A simple and healthy treat.

2 cups overripe bananas, mashed well
1 3/4 cup spelt flour (substitue GF flour as needed)
2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup milk of choice (I use almond) or sub oil
1/4 cup applesauce
2/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup baking sugar (I use Stevia)
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
