These granola bars are delicious, healthy and make a great "grab and go" breakfast!

2 cups oatmeal
1 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
