These cookies are gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, low calorie, Paleo, vegan & made with only 6 ingredient. Perfect post workout snack!

1/4 cup golden flax seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter flour

A Spanish omelette is also known as tortilla de patatas in Spain where it is a tapa and it consists of just four ingredients plus seasoning. It is a Spanish classic dish for very good reasons.
