This is Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake and it is amazing! A smooth pumpkin cheesecake made with Hershey’s chocolate bar on the bottom and covered with pecans and chocolate syrup on top.

For Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
5 tbs butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1//4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
For Cheesecake:
4.4 oz chocolate bar, broken in pieces
3 8-oz cream cheese packs
1 cup of pumpkin puree
2 tbs sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tbs corn starch
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
For Topping:
1 cup of pecans
