Chocolate Rum Balls

A no-bake dessert, best enjoyed with good coffee and good company. Can be made more kid-friendly by leaving out the rum.

1 packet (250g) milk arrowroot biscuits (or any plain but sweet biscuit variety)
1/3 cup (40g) cocoa
1 cup desiccated coconut, plus 1/2 cup extra for rolling the balls in
1 tin (395g ) condensed milk
1 1/2 tablespoons rum, or to taste
1. Using a food processor, crush milk arrowroot biscuits 2. Combine all ingredients 3. With wet hands roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and then coat in extra coconut 4. Refrigerate until ready to be served
