This Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake is a twist on the classic dessert that tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry in cake form.

3 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup plus 2 tsp sugar, divided
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 egg white
