INGREDIENTS FOR CUPCAKES:
1 box (18.25 ounces) devil's food cake mix
3 eggs
1 & 1/3 cups milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
24 chocolate truffles

INGREDIENTS FOR FROSTING:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
2 & 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 & 1/2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
