Healthy, whole-wheat chopped apple bread. Fast and delicious!

1 cup white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 round teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups peeled, diced apples
