Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup

Hearty, filling chicken soup, great for cold days!

2 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, chopped.
5 chicken boulion cubes
salt and pepper, tarragon and sage to taste.
1 to 2 cups of medium egg noodles
Boil the chicken breasts until cooked through, then shred with a fork, fill your pan with about 5 cups of water, enough to fill your pan. Add the shredded chicken, carrots, celery, boulion cubes. cook until vegetables are tender, then add the egg noodles and bring back to a boil. They only take about 5 minutes to cook. You may also add more boulion cubes for more flavor.
