This Cilantro-Lime Brown Rice is a wonderful addition to a clean dinner!

1 cup Basmati or Jasmine Brown Rice

2 cups Water

1 tbsp coconut or olive oil

1/4 cup finely chopped Cilantro

2 TBSP Lime Juice
Cook rice as directed on your package. (Water needed may vary) Mix in oil, lime juice and cilantro and fluff with a fork
