A lightened lower fat sugar cookie with cinnamon chips

1 1/2 cups (180 grams) All purpose, unbleached flour
3/4 cup (90 grams) whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
3/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp. Domino Light Steva/Sugar Mix (if you don’t want to use stevia use 1 1/2 cups sugar)
2 ounces (4 tbsp.) light cream cheese, cut into 8 pieces
3 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and warm
3 tbsp. light butter, melted and warm
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. applesauce
1 large egg
1 tbsp. non-fat milk
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup cinnamon chips
Glaze:
5 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp. water
3/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
