Cinnamon Crumb Apple Coffee Cake

Tender coffee cake filled with sliced apples and finished off with a delicious cinnamon crumb topping. Perfect for fall brunch!

Streusel:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp soft butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts (I used pecans)

Batter:
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup freshly ground whole wheat flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 large apples, peeled and thinly sliced (I used Granny Smith)
Mix streusel ingredients in a small bowl till crumbly; set aside. Cream sugars and butter; beat in eggs, then milk and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Spread half of batter in well greased 9×13? pan....
