These Cinnamon Roll Cookies with cream cheese frosting are the perfect sweet treat! Now you can have cinnamon rolls anytime of the day!

2/3 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/3 Cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 Cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon

4 Tbsp butter, softened, divided
1/2 Cup brown sugar, divided
1 Tbsp cinnamon, divided

4oz Cream cheese
1/4 Cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp milk
