1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, smashed
Balsamic Dressing:
1 clove garlic, minced
3 teaspoons oregano
5 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
