2 eggs
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 tbsps Italian seasoning
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp dried oregano (optional)
1 cup tomato sauce

Sautéed Kale Ingredients
1 large bunch of kale, washed, stem removed, leaves torn into chunks
1/2 cup carrot matchsticks
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
