1 lb lean sirloin steak
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
½ tbs paprika (try smoked paprika)
1/3 lb whole wheat penne, cooked aldente
1 tbs whole wheat pastry flour
1 onion, sliced thin
1 large bell pepper, sliced thin
1 medium head of broccoli, florets seperated
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
