Coffee Walnut Cake

This cake is extremely easy to make and includes very simple ingredients. And It tastes awesome. Best for serving with tea at afternoon or in the morning.

For the cake:
225 g unsalted butter
225 g caster sugar
4 medium eggs
50 ml dissolved coffee (warm)
225 self raising flour
walnuts as many as you want
For Icing:
125 g unsalted butter
50 g icing sugar
50 ml dissolved coffee (hot)
walnuts and chocolate to decorate

walnuts and chocolate to decorate
1- Preheat oven to 180 C.
2- In a bowl beat butter and sugar together.
3- Add eggs in the mixture, one at a time.
4- Add coffee, flour and walnuts to the mixture.
5- Put mixture in two lined and greased tins.
6- Transfer to oven for 25 - 30 mins or till done.
7- Remove cakes from oven and allow to cool.
8- Beat butter and icing sugar in a bowl for butter cream icing.
9- Add coffee and spread the mixture on top of each cake and the put one cake over the other.
10- Decorate with walnuts and crushed chocolate.
