Copycat Brownie Bites

These may be small, but are full of amazing flavor! Just like the bites you can buy at the store, but cheaper...and better!

1 2/3 Cup sugar
3/4 Cup butter, melted (1 1/2 sticks)
2 Tbsp water
2 eggs, room temperature
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 1/3 cup flour
3/4 Cup baking cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

1/2 Cup peanut butter
1/2 Tbsp butter, softened
1/3 Cup powdered sugar
1/3 Cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Icing:
4oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp butter, softened
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
food coloring (optional)
