PREHEAT: Oven 425 F BAKE: 8 to 10 min. MAKES: 10 servings

1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Shortening or Unsalted Butter, cold
2/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2/3 Cup Milk, cold
1/4 Cup. melt Butter or Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt or Powder, or to taste
