1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Shortening or Unsalted Butter, cold
2/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2/3 Cup Milk, cold
1/4 Cup. melt Butter or Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt or Powder, or to taste
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Shortening or Unsalted Butter, cold
2/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2/3 Cup Milk, cold
1/4 Cup. melt Butter or Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt or Powder, or to taste
Whisk together Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar and Salt, cut in Shortening.
Stir in Cheese then Milk.
Drop by tablespoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Bake until golden about 8 min.
