cottage cheese cake without baking

for the dough:
300 g grated crackers
100 g butter (melted)
1/2 lemons grated skin
+some milk if the dough wouldnt stick together
for the fill:
300g whipped cream
1 bag of gelatin
500g cottage cheese
150 g powder sugar
1/2 lemons grated skin
to decor: cocoa powder
knead the dough into one loaf and press it into a detachable cake form. mix the fillings ingredients and smear it on top of the dough. put the cake into the fridge overnight and take off the edges around the cake the next day cut out of paper any form you like and hint gently cocoa powder on top careful when you take off the paper not to mess up the sharp edges.

bbq sauce ( for basting and serving )
