We made this as a side dish, but it could work as an appetizer. It is a twice baked potato with an imitation crab topping.

6 russet potatoes
8 grams imitation crab
1/2 onion, finely diced
1 oz mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon thyme
