Crab and Spinach Enchiladas with Green Sauce

Great crab and spinach enchiladas. Substitue shrimp for a nice variation or use tofu to make it vegetarian for meatless Mondays.

1 can crab meat, 6 oz (drained)
1 can Freshlike Spinach (drained)
1 clove Garlic (chopped)
1 cup Monterrey Jack Cheese (shredded & divided)
1 cup queso fresco cheese (crumbled & divided)
1/2 can Medium heat green enchilada sauce
avocado & tomato to garnish (chopped)
4 Flour Tortillas, 8" size
