3/4 c plain dry breadcrumbs
1 lb. fresh crabmeat, drained
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 1/2 T. chopped fresh chives
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 T. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 large egg, beaten to blend
1/4 c. vegetable oil
12 c. mixed baby greens
1/4 c. Lemon Vinaigrette
