Crab Chowder

A rich and creamy chowder best made with the freshest of ingredients.

3/4 pound crab meat shredded
3/4 pound of potatoes diced
2 ounces of onion diced
4 ounces of celery diced finely
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, dill weed, rosemary, and parsley
2 ounces cooking cream
8 ounces of whole milk
In a soup pot melt the butter and then add the potatoes onions, celery, spices and fish stock cooking over moderate heat for 30 mintues stirring occasionally. Next add the crab meat, milk and cream stirring frequently over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
