Cranberry Curd Tart

A gluten free cranberry curd tart. A simple dessert you can make ahead, perfect for holiday desserts. I serve mine on Thanksgiving.

3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup organic sugar
4 large eggs
4 egg yokes
1/2 cup salted butter, cut into 8 chunks at room temperature
Orange Essential Oil
Lemon Essential Oil
