8 Eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Crumble Topping

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup cold butter cubed
1/2 cup chopped pecans
