I got this recipe from a friend and had to try it! The cream cheese makes them so soft and delicious!

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened (2 sticks)
3/4 Cup sugar
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 C flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Bag of semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine softened cream cheese, butter, and sugars. Mix until well blended, light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla.
